How do I unlock a paid extra (like a theme pack)?

Open the game's Settings and tap the unlock option, or tap the locked item. It's a one-off purchase. If you've bought it before, tap "Restore purchase" to get it back at no extra cost.

I changed phones — where are my games?

Sign in to the same device cloud (iCloud on iPhone and iPad, Google on Android) on both devices. Games that support cloud sync will bring your data across automatically. Cloud sync is between your own devices — we don't hold a copy.

I paid but the unlock is locked.

Make sure you're signed in to the same store account you bought it with, then tap "Restore purchase". Purchases are tied to your Apple or Google account, not the app. Still stuck? Email us and include the game and your device.

How do I delete my data?

Delete players, groups, games or progress inside the game, or remove the app from your device. To remove cloud copies, delete them from your device's cloud account. To ask us to delete anything held by our providers, email us.

Do the games show ads or need an account?

No to both. Our games have no advertising and no sign-up. See our privacy policy for exactly what is and isn't collected.
